Jan said thankyou Charlie , but she is keeping her roasts a secret sorry

Anyway my little diamond tonight made a delicious laab moo + gaan jurt moo + some left over in the fridge veg stir fried . The lean mince pork here was only 1/4 of the pack which cost £4 ,, so all in all a very cheap tasty meal , about £2.50p for the two of us .

Once again thanks my love ,, she,s back to work tomorrow so I will come home to a takeaway ,,, oh joy of joys

Scored some Wagyu rump at a very user friendly price any way I like my steak 40mm thick or more.

I like to make a rub of cracked pepper dried garlic & onion cyan pepper and let it sit till it's at room tempreture or in 5 beers time.

    then it's time to rock&roll

warm blue steak done to perfection.

    Brilliant Dill.

I have not been around much lately but today I am excited. I found Pinto beans smoked paprika and cumin in Foodland today. So I bought 800 grams of pork butt, onions, garlic, a can of diced tomatoes, and some chillies. Ground up the cumin and smoked paprika with some chilli powder, salt, pepper, and oregano. I have pounded the spices in a mortal and pestal and am soaking the beans right now to cook tomorrow. What am I cooking? Most do it with beef but the wife does not eat it and pork is just as nice.

For sure I will keep you informed this is the most I have wanted to cook since the heat wave set in.

    The fixings.
