"Philadelphia" cream cheese is the product needed to make "Cheese Cake" and if it doesn't have a "graham cracker" crust then it just isn't a real cheese cake... :-)

made last evening, for the first time here in Thailand, an "Eggplant Parmesan". Haven't tried it yet as a dish like this is always better when reheated. I will serve the "Eggplant Parmesan" today for lunch along with some Italian Bread with a dip Olive Oil/Balsamic Vinegar/Garlic Salt in which to dip the bread in. Something to look forward to. No pics of the cooking process but followed similar process as when I posted previously when made in the USA. If I remember, I'll take some out as it is being severed later today.
Did you chew a bit up and spit it out on the plate on the right?:)
Was a bit too sour that bit:)
This is the only photo I've got yesterdays "Eggplant" dinner/lunch with fellow TD'er.
Great meal with great company.

Twas delicious :)
^ Looks scrumptous mate.
My missus has been busy baking sausage rolls lately for sale in the beer bars which are also delicious but after eating them 4 days on the trot I needed a change.
Tonight was "Toad in the Hole" night and the dish was superb.
I have no idea how others here in Thailand cannot seem to get the Yorkshire Pudding right but my wife certainly knows how to.

Talking of Western food, I had a battered sausage and chips yesterday.and I have to say, Malaysia kicks Thailands ass when it comes to food. Now if only they could do the same with beer and pussy:)
'Kin ell Ironic...That chicken kebab looks awesome.
Loy Toy is there anywhere that stocks your wife's sausage rolls in Pattaya?. I do like them (who doesn't??!) but have yet to try one in Thailand that wasn't a let down. Thanks.
