On my first ever diet. Ballooned up to 80KG in the last 1-2 years due to sloth. Should be about 73kg.
Salad and baked chicken breast here for the next... few days at least. :) Would like to make it to songkran though. Gym everyday and cut out loads of carbs and sugar and fat from my daily diet.
See you on here again in 3 months with a F-Off plate of ribs, nachos with sour cream and chocolate lava cake. :)
