I have one of those hidden away upstairs. Cost around 5k on sale in Central a few xmases ago. Never used the rottiserie though. Might dig it out, set it up and give something ago in it.
I've no idea how or what to rottiserie though. The small chicken ones they in those Gai Yang stands look okay.
Perhaps I'll give one a go over the next few days. Watch this space. :)
