Looks nice. The custard seems to have separated though. Might be down to using too much butter. I make a dryer one with less butter, leave it over night in the fridge and then in the morning fry it in goose fat for breakfast. A truly healthy way to start the day.
Yes, you are. Look in the Troubleshooting part of the forum for how to do it.Quote:

With the end of the world and all that I figured my last meal should at least be something I enjoy...

Eating Thai food for any length of time gives me a severe protein craving.
Now resolved.

Italian sausage, 180 aged ribeye, lambrack.
Some chips for balance.
Saw a nice pork roast in Foodland yesterday. Compared the cost and preparation to doing a turkey and went for the pork. Here is a shot of tomorrow nights dinner. The marinade I use is there as well. Onions and garlic sauteed in olive oil, with a little Roza black pepper sauce and a little mushroom soy. Along with some Italian spice.
I will do it with mash and gravy, and roast some onions in the pan as well. Then some broccoli with cheese sauce should do it.

Marinade, 24 hours, then 2 hours 15 minutes at 185. Add some halved onions the last 45 minutes.

I will pour this over it all then seal it up in a giant plastic bag till just about this time tomorrow.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year all. :)
