That looks great CM. What goes into your meatballs?
They're actually garlic balls, with a little bit of meat. :)

And I don't want to burst your bubble or anything Charleyboy, but I don't think that's a self portrait :mid:
Sardonic. Thank's for the link. As for the self portrait...I haven't got a clue as to what you're on about!:sorry1:
It's a pic of the missus. Not me. :)

I was very hungry when I made this and didn't have time to 'faff' around with it.
Firstly I made an authentic basic curry sauce (will do a thread with pics when I get around to it.) I then made a tandoori marinade and dropped in the chicken for a couple of hours, then fried the chicken and added everything into the curry sauce. Simmered for another hour.
The basmati rice which accompanied it was delicious.
Charley.
PS. Do you like my avator? Best thing I've ever put into a Singha glass!
Dave. Take my word, it was delicious.
Anyway, just for you...

Home made "Baked Eggplant Parmesan with Spicy Italian Sausage":
Made by SEA Traveler @ his Stateside Casa SEA Traveler's holiday residence in cold and snowy Pennsylvania. The Italian home made dish was perfect for the cold evening after walking around the annual Pennyslvania Farm Show and a walk around Italian Lake in Harrisburg.

That sounds good! Got a pic of when you sliced into it?
Satonic, will have to download the pic of a sliced piece of the "egg plant" from camera and post later.
Slightly off topic but since “Italian Lake” was mention, here are just a few photos from the wife and my walk around “Italian Lake”. 56 years or so ago, I learned how to ice skate at this lake… and spent lots of other fine winter days ice skating here and playing ice hockey in later years.

Here is the “Eggplant Parmesan with Spicy Italian Sausage” after it has been sliced into. Pictures do not do the flavor of this dish justice.

The burger looks scrumptious!
I'd green you if I new how to do it?

Last day for use of a coupon we had for TGI Friday’s restaurant. The coupon was buy one entrée and get one free. We ordered a “Spicy Chicken and Shrimp Salad”, a “Cajun Chicken Florentine” pasta dish, a side order of seasoned fries, and two lemonades. The bill was $21 (about 700 baht) after the discount. I gave a 16% tip based on the pre discount bill because both the service and food were excellent. It was about 1400 in the afternoon so the lunch crowd was gone and we were pretty much the only ones in the place. Oh yea, we received a “free” dish of salsa and chips as an appetizer.
A very pleasant way to spend the afternoon.
