Once opened, it appeared to be very thin strips; the kinda strips Koreans put in boiling water, soups, shabu shabu and stuff. So, I cut up some tomatoes and mushrooms then gave the beef strips but seconds to cook in a fying pan in their own juices, I added nothing, and cooked the mushrooms/tomatoes as well - just about 1 quarter of the meat. Very nice too - great quality, cooks itself, tender and filling.
Red curry or Penang tonight? Which one?
