Verdict.
Overall: Not badio but not goodio.
Flavour. Not bad. 7/10.
Tenderness. Not as good as British beef but I've eaten much worse in Thailand. 6.5/10.
Would I eat it again? Yes, probably. Good enough value at 115 baht for a steak.
^ Yeah, it's nice. It matches my frock. :)
Use it on a weekly basisQuote:

Went to a place last month down Ekamai (or however you spell it) next to Big C that is open 24hrs! Place called Snobbish. Worth a looksie.
Banoffee.
Nev paying 890 per kg for local beef is way over the odds I'm sorry to say. If it blew imported meat off the plate it'd be fair enough, but having bought local meat and been highly disappointing (a loooong time ago) there's no way I'd ever touch it again.
Here's what 830 per kg can get you. I buy this often and it's always very good for texture, flavour, and juiciness when cooked medium-rare. The pic doesn't do justice, they're restaurant quality steaks. I'll post some pics of what they look like cooked in the next day or two.

Must add, I prefer a bit of fat in my steaks but there's leaner pieces available too.

^ Very healthy with the lashings of Caesar sauce, Parmesan cheese, bacon bits, and it wouldn't surprise me if those croutons were actually made out of a fried slice.:)
^Yes mate it is. AKA Cube Roll and Scotch Fillet.
Is it me, but the does the "Natural and Safe" bit on the label seem a bit desperate?
I expect all my meat to be safe when I purchase it.
Looks a nice hunk of meat BTW. Got some marbling that when rendered should be well juicy.
