Dill pickles. Ok. Sauerkraut forget that crap. Probably why I don't enjoy that part of Korean food.

Its as divisive as marmite. I love Kimchi, sauerkraut and all manner of fermented/pickled veg - its very good for you and i like the bite it gives and cuts through rich/fatty food.

True! That is in the fridge next to the kimchi. Often times after drinking I break out the English Cheddar, salami, pickles and kimchi for a late night drunk snack.

USDA 2" NY striploin. Just a simple Ground pepper and salt a few hours before.

Friday night BBQ. Have sautéed Carrots and Brown mushrooms as side dishes

Little Tong squeeze to check plus a quick fat char

    Money shot.

    Happy Friday.

I like those, but not after I have been drinking because I always overcook them.

Is this budding bromance between snubby and nammers one of the forum's biggest surprises? I see you were all lovey dovey with each other on another thread too.

(well, courteous to each other anyway)

^ Its taken time for my 2018 xmas resolution to bear fruit.

JPPRRRPR i like the whimsical addition of bathing your steak in a hamsters swimming pool. Nice touch.

That's your subliminal subconscious wanting a properly cooked steak instead of a raw bloody indoctrinated version.

It was magic. Juicy lamb, chicken and some chicken fat that they grilled too.

He told me I had to meet him in the toilet though if I wanted special sauce. Weird that...

Yet another word you use but clearly don't know the meaning of.

An indoctrinated steak is a steak that is served how you think it should be served and not how you really want it served.

    Bsnub is a case in.point!

He thinks that steaks should be served raw or medium rare because he has been indoctrinated to believe that.
Maybe too many John Wayne movies as a kid who knows.
Seems to be an American trait.

Enjoy it while it lasts. I am sure we will find something to bicker about eventually.

No, I agree with Chitty ... er, um ... Joe90

You should eat the food you like and cooked the way you like it.

I'm no fan of a rare or medium rare beef steak, I prefer mine cooked longer ... not cremated, just not one of the 'rares'.

Am I wrong ... fuck no, but plenty on here will tell you I am, because I'm not eating a beef steak 'the way it's supposed to be eaten' ... fuck that notion again.

I like wine ... stumpy won't touch the stuff ... is he wrong ... hell no ... he likes what he likes.

I detest offal of any type (except, weirdy, Pâté ... which I adore) ... some here can't go a week with out a steak and kidney pie.

I hate anchovies, especially on Pizza ... but understand that anchovies are an integral ingredient in many foods I love.

Food, maybe like art, you like what you like and bugger the rest

Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago ...
