Do you really think that regular Tabasco is hot? I sure don't but then again I am biased to the heat.

Franks is not a bad choice, more mild for those that can't handle Tabasco.

If you can find this stuff over there it is loaded with flavor and not too hot...

Of course, I need to ratchet the heat up...

Throw in half a cup of water, successfully blend.

Taste, add a pinch of salt and some hot chili mayo.

Result. Quite tasty, easy, less condiments, healthy.

Obviously I just used what I had, but I will add some lime and ginger next time.

No Tabasco isn't really hot at all, but I've got some sauces at home that are hot and don't belong on a breakfast toastie! I don't know why, but spicy and breakfast don't go together for me.

And yeah we get those Crystal brand sauces here, but the ones that will strip paint are typically locally made no-name concoctions that find themselves on local market shelves.

Your healthy smoothie above looks very good, I've recently acquired a Magic Bullet blender that might be perfect for making something similar.

The wing sauce comes in bigger bottles and costs less, yet the value for money is the same, if you catch my drift...

It's still a salad. I really just put a tiny splash of water to get it circulating in the blender. No milk, no ice,no yoghurt, no nut juice (show me where the tits are on an almond).

I got 2 glasses out of that salad. No need for dickloads of sauce, salt and pepper or the awkwardness of actually eating a good size salad. All flavours combined and consistent.

Apparently, your body can process more nutrients this way too but I'm not so bothered about that.

Defo the way to go for breakfast salads. Bacon would work, but skip the tuna.

It wasn't planned, I was knocking up a salad, then ran out of fuel. No carrots or cucumbers. The Mrs had left the blender jug on the drip tray and I just went for it.

Then later I found Carrots, cucumbers, beetroot and all sorts of cool shit... in my beer fridge.

Punishable offence, but all's good that ends well.

I'm all in favour of healthy blended shakes, makes it so much easier to consume and digest that wholesome healthiness.
Never tried a salad shake before, shall give it a go in the future.

    Todays start to the day...

    Slightly different approach this morning.

Purple carrot, beetroot, red onion, cucumber, tomato, lime juice, ginger, watercress.

    Salt, Pepper, chili mayo.

Follow me over the next week, where I’m going to blend a full fry up in baked beans.

^Along the same line, a friend suffered a broken jaw once that had to be wired shut and in a moment of pot-induced clarity he decided to blend a Big Mac and eat it by sucking it thru a straw. That didn't work, so he went to his backyard workshop and came back with a length of motorcycle fuel line that did.

Funny you say that. I also had a friend with a wired shut broken jaw that ordered a Big Mac and couldn't eat it, but this daft twat went and got a plastic knife and sawed through the wires so he could get his mouth around it.

I don't think the bread would blend well, I'm relying on the beans, tom sauce, brown sauce, mustard, bacon grease and cooking oil to keep this thing juicy.

Maybe keep the toast for dipping soldiers.

No. It happened during a game of Aussie Rules and as brittles don't do contact sports, there was no chance of one of them being anywhere besides watching from a safe distance

Nice one Dirk, I'd completely forgotten about this until you reminded me.

I'll treat the wife at the weekend!

I’ve never tried one of their pies, but I’ve heard they’re not what they used to be.

^ Yeah, that All Day breakfast thing above is like one of Loopers breakfasts, cooked by Chitty with the pastry rolled by Mendips trotters.
