They're half gone mate, and not boasting but they're absolutely excellent.
I was enjoying them with a squirt of caviar but I've run out now. Hopefully I'll be able to replenish my stock at work next week.

I buy the non-smoked. But love it. Never gone back to the German brand or the cp brand that wrinkled up into 1cm slices when fried.
Weirdly, my villa has the smoked in the fridge and the rest in the freezer. No idea why.
They have their own shop on Suk 105 but never been.
We’re off to Koh Lanta Bike Week this weekend so I’m using up the stuff I’ve already defrosted.
Decided to give these bangers a run in the air fryer after some not so good luck in the frying pan a couple days back. Probably the first success I’ve had with that absolute traitor of a machine.

They do look good, provided they were juicy. If dry they’d be horrible. Seems like the casing could not hold up.
Bangers in the air fryer are the way to go!
You can see how juicy they were, considering there was zero oil used in cooking them. I knew it was a safe bet after frying them the other day.
Glad they burst politely so I could see they were cooked. 180c for 6 minutes then turn for 5 mins more.
Quite the difference in sausages. One looks a hell of a lot better to me. Bacon and sausages are meant to be cooked low and slow as posted above.

Pork and leek sausage and egg butties with brown sauce. Messy as hell, tasty as fuck.
