Half an onion minced from the start with the spices, 1/4 for each chicken breast.

2 large organic tomatoes, let's call tomatoes a vegetable 1 tomato for each chicken breast.

Quartered, blitzed in a blender, then added once the onion and spices have cooked through.

Not made a curry for a while so went with a Chicken Madras tonight with extra garlic and Tumeric , a nice fluffy Basmati rice.

Eaten with pompadoms instead of cutlery.

Dr Peter Attia MD advises that white rice is just as healthy if not healthier than brown rice so might switch back


Amazonian Swiss Maori woman knocked up one of her veggie curry soup stews with all the bells and whistles from her own kitchen this evening. And she even put Barramundi in this one. I did not know she was allowed to eat any vertebrates but this is a proteinaceous improvement.

Ice cream for spiciness amelioration.

ASM liked my goonbag Santa shirt so I got a chance to tune up my squawking skills on a properly posh and heavy violin, not like my dodgy cheap and nasty lightweight violin.

Veggie-pescatarianism rocks but you need to get a maccas down you on the way home to balance out your nutritional needs.

I have now got a single solitary present to put under my tree...

Which I feel bad about as I did not think to take ASM a present on my visit.

That is moisturiser, which ASM uses in plying her trade as a masseuse, rather than the traditional oil (for reasons upon which I did not enquire).

Not sure if there is a difference anyway since the purpose of moisturiser, I believe, is to replenish natural oils in the skin that may be depleted due to soap in the shower or bath(?)

Also, I can confirm that the moisturiser in question also works to decent effect as a lube.

Thank you Maestro Mendip. The Maori Maestress did not pick me up on that one but I think she was just humouring me while I had fun letting out a timid squeak on her beautiful craftsman straddle-various.

Her's isnt half loud. It must be twice as loud as mine. She uses a kind of silencer thing that quietens it down for her neighbours.

Anyway she gave me a splendiferous rendition of Friedrich Seitz's Concerto No.5 Opus 22 3rd movement which put my feeble fiddling and half-arsed banjoing to shame.

That Seitz piece is actually a duet for violin and piano. I do have a keyboard but I don't think my grievous Grade 1 piano skillz will be up to the job of accompanying her.

2 tins of coconut cream

Add all the secret spices and some vinegar and fish sauce and honey and then thicken with pea protein
