Mrs Bld and the kids don't like curry so it was a rare treat for me to be out and about on my own as they had already eaten and I could please myself.

Vindaloo batch with 1.3Kg of chicken this time. I may need a bigger pot soon.
That's a lot of paste!
Did it have a kick hot enough to make your face break out in pins and needles?
^^Uncannily, though not ironically, I made pork vindaloo with 1.3 kilos of pork yesterday.
I made a chilli con carne that was as spicy as a Vindaloo with 1.2kilos of steak mince the other day, funny old world init.
5%fat!
Well it had to be used up as it was past its sell by date
You clearly have absolutely no idea what you're doing.

What's so difficult about:
Oil and curry spice, fry.
Add diced onion, fry.
Add chicken, fry.
Add tomatoes, cook.
Add sauce/coconut milk/liquid, cook and simmer.
Are 5 simple steps really too much.
Starting point is frying onions, not spice.
There are many better sources of info than your posts.
You're right though - Joe clearly hasn't looked at any.
Sniff sniff
Almost time for a ping and then a pm sent…
Yes, Joe likes to stick to the tried and trusted.
Even when it makes no sense, like me supposedly wanting to open a bookshop.
Three Stooges dry humping my ankle again
