Add more spice and tomato puree, bring to the boil then simmer.

What's so difficult about:

Oil and curry spice, fry.
Add diced onion, fry.
Add chicken, fry.
Add tomatoes, cook.
Add sauce/coconut milk/liquid, cook and simmer.

Are 5 simple steps really too much.
