TD chillis very artistic, those lentils are ok, If you have time and access lentils from Puy in France are expensive but worth the extra for the biz, also make a tasty broth with diced, carrots and, black pudding and chorizo, a winter staple here. I have to order online but would eat daily if readily available like UK wholefood place I used in Bristol . Aldi have some top notch EU gear.

    Still no veg, then.

What with that and the gutrot brandy...is a colostomy bag practical on the production line?

It has two types of veg in it. Onion and garlic.

It even has fresh fruit in it. Chilis.

Looks like jar jelly 'curry' though.

Inspired by the idea not the product.

Tops had me favourite pork collar.

Lovely fatty-goodness that will melt beautifully over a few hours in the clay slow cooker.

Curry and spices already in with the oil.

Diced onion, garlic, chilis and ginger in a bit.

    Then the diced pork.

    Some stock.
    Tinned tomatoes

Finally a few hours later, some coconut milk.

    House wife's tips.

Get some chicken legs as the spices will be out.

Bung em' in with a dollop or two of EVOO

Tops even make it convenient with the ziplock bags they deliver them in.

Into the fridge for lunch the next day.

Just put on an oven tray, squirt on a load of lime juice, salt, then 35 mins in the oven, serve on top of rice with all the curry n lime juices poured over, side salad to accompany.

Do you grind your own spices mike? Morter and pestle thai style? I imagine it would be therapeutic with a hangover and thinking of the government but surely those wee jars would be quicker? Anyway what the fuck would I know about cooking curries.Crack on Big Respecto

A few hours in the slow cooker and all the fat has melted into the curry sauce, leaving delicious juicy tender pork and a coconutty melted fat curry sauce that is delisheroony.

It's like breast milk for pi$$heads.

    The Curry Mile

I've spent some dough around there. My old pal and I - a City fan! - used to go there at least twice a week for curries and kebabs. Saajan, Camel One, Sangam etc.

    You'd love it, Snubs.

I won't bore you with the details, but HALIllujah has just nailed another restaurant-standard lamb curry courtesy of the Uzbek boys and their meat.

Garam Masala is a spice mix not a dish.

There's a jar of it ready made in your picture, you fkin mong.

The first rule of curry club is evidently to know eff all about curry.
