Yep. Could have been playing chess, the Queen fell in the toilet, he (tranny) dove in to rescue the piece, Marine tried to help him get further into the toilet so he could reclaim the Queen and the boys could continue the game, and it all went horribly wrong. Autopsy report just posted in GMA On Line at 1500 local time today. Sound like he took a real beating. Marine's Dad was a pro boxer, and he's a martial arts fan per his FB page. Board game defense is looking shaky.

Only possible defensive effort I can see coming is the "He tried to rob me" defense. Bit of a stretch as the Marine left fully clothed, leaving the tranny naked and dead.

Other than that, it's going to come out as a hate crime leading to murder in the heat of the moment.

very unusual compassion from me here, but it must surely be insanity. Must have done his head in being a Macho Marine (I assume they are macho and try to ooze heterosexuality in the Marines) and suddenly giving in to his true desires became all too much for him.

Since Vietnam, they have barely been bit players and, without the very strong lobby they have in DC, would have been disbanded long ago. But, they continue to be fed the myth, and continue to believe it.
