You may not be calling it murder, Jim, but the Filipino Police sure are since, based on their investigation, the coroner's report, and multiple witness testimony, they have charged the Maine with murder and state that they have a "very strong" case.

ME report says drowning, not strangulation, without the full report to show force was used, still other possibilities.

Yep. Could have been playing chess, the Queen fell in the toilet, he (tranny) dove in to rescue the piece, Marine tried to help him get further into the toilet so he could reclaim the Queen and the boys could continue the game, and it all went horribly wrong. Probably exactly what the Marine meant when he said to police, "Something bad happened".

I just never thought of the board game defense. Well played, Jim.

Jim: Autopsy report revealed:

Injuries to head and neck regions.

Hematoma in scalp, eye, cheek and mouth regions as well as upper inner portions of the larynx.

Contusions in cheek region, right palm and lower lip. Pressure marks in upper chest and clavicle regions.

Abrasions around mouth and lumbar and lumbar regions as well as left forearm.

Severe neck and facial bruising.
