Coincidentally, just did mine yesterday. About 6 months after last time. My water sucks even with outside filter I have so I have another small filter mounted next to water heater.

Headsup on the water filter, these filters do a good job filtering sediment but will not help with the elimination of calcium as calcium bonds with the h2o,adding a water softener will do the job.

If your water has a lot of fine sediment these filters will block quickly, I have one on the well water to prevent tank filling with crap, I use a 30 micron filter, this model has a 5-50 micron filter it would last about 5 minutes on my well before it needed cleaning.

Coming together nicely. You and PJ must be pleased and looking forward to move in. Still a bit to go. Time and money but won't be long now. Enjoy!

As usual... there is one of my sketches - here showing pedestrian and vehicle access in the wall.

    Blockwork stated at the back

    looks straight...

Will definitely look better when rendered and painted

TD, did you really want the water tank positioned there? seems odd and right next to the sala etc

We thought about it NPT - its relatively near the mains water connection ans once in place there will be a small structure around it.

There will also be a wall along near the sala as we do not want any visitors just wandering around the whole plot.

Anyone coming through that gate will come to the sala or the lower zone 2 entrance and that's it.
