That's why I'm in Thailand

If I was skint mate i would be back in Perth living the High Life on the Public system and sucking the Guts out of the very generous Welfare system exactly the same as all the other plebs do.
If i really wanted to be Hi-So i would paint myself black and really fookin live it high on the Hog eh.
God bless Australia if ya got fok all.
And further more, i would never be livin in this Shit House unless I was Cashed up.
No fookin Way.
I am trying to build wealth while living in another country. I think it is a wrong strategy now and to be honest I'd be back in Canada if I didn't get married.
Every year I'm out I am losing on a pension at the very least.
I think living 6 months in Canada and Thailand is the next move. How will wife react to this? She'll probably kick me out.
My THB BTC wallet is just about back at the amount it was yesterday morning.
Both XRG and TRX have completely recovered as of right now. I was already out of bitcoin so no worries there. Nice recovery so far for me.![]()
^ Nay bother. Won't be selling any for another year.![]()
Since my last post XVG is no having a run and is up 40%.![]()
Did up yesterday's accounts properly this morning and was:
BTC: -5.19%
Alts: - 9.32%
Total was: -8.54%
The total for the 20th was +8.8%
No big sweat, looks like today it might come back and be over the 8.54% I lost yesterday.

from what i've read you've made a fair amount of transactions....are you able to roughly calculate your total return since you got in about a month ago?
if you're willing to share it here....completely understandable if you're not.
if i had to guesss, i'd say you're up ~20%
Got off the plane tonight in the states and happy to see that the btc I bought yesterday is now up more than 1000 points.

Not really. I've added a lot and traded a lot (mainly taking out BTC returns and putting them into the ALT's.
I first bought BTC at around the 27th of November for around $9,600.
Then bought a fookload later at around $11,000 I think.
Haven't really kept track of the prices I've bought the Alts at. Just each morning I work out the day's gain/loss in amount and % for both BTC holdings and Alt holdings.
Right now I can see can calculate today's total value and see that it's 56.6% of the total THB I have put into it.
But.... half of the THB was only put in during probably the last 10 days.
All a bit complex, so just do the simple daily total in THB and % gained/lost using paper, pen, fingers and toes.![]()
So, ray:
Are you trading or just having fun sitting in the bleachers watching others play?

On exchanges it will tell you the current $ value of all you crypto combined.
I'm down about $350 on my gamble alts.
Still minting it on my main hold XRP.
Also at the start of the year when the US states were starting to legalise/decrimalise pot I bought a bunch of cheap Potcoin for a laugh. It slipped off the front page of Coinmarketcap and I completely forgot about. It's had a nice bump. Thanks, druggies.
Some people think it don't, but it be.
This is my last 4 days.
Top % is BTC, the lower % is me ALTs.
Alts about +34% for the 4 days, BTC around -17%.
In that time I've taken out around 50% of my BTC holdings and put them into ALTs as BTC was 55% of my total portfolio and was staying still as some of my Alts were flying.

These guys knew a thing or two about making the money.
Now is the perfect time to get in Ray.
i invest in companies when i understand what it is that they do and how they intend to make money going forward.
i rarely gamble in a casino or on a sporting event....but i'm in if it's something that is being organized with friends....a trip to vegas or fantasy football, for example.
i never speculate on currencies or any financial instruments that i don't understand. and i don't understand these coins at all. i know it's making some people a lot of money, but i just don't get it.
so yeah, i'm just an observer.....these crypto-currencies are very interesting and certainly the financial play of the year....but as i've posted several times already, it's too volatile me.....and it's got more than a whiff of scam attached to it.

the guy driving my taxi this morning said the same thing.
no thanks....but good luck.
he was referring to companies with strong fundamentals....not some 'currency' with no apparent fundamentals at all.
btw, just yesterday his right-hand man said to avoid bitcoin "like the plague"...and that's a direct quote.
