Not a fan of raw meat like the cannibals on here.

It’s lamb you fucking moron, it’s already overcooked.

So yeah, not really one for the purists, but would possibly be like all Mendy's Christmases coming at once
    Halloweens, more like.

I realise colds will be common by now, but serving lem sip as gravy seems over cautious.

Senorita was getting busy with some meatballs in her kitchen this evening. I asked her to squeeze mine extra tight as I am on a protein pump.

    Dinner-20231126_212101-jpg

1st course was fried spring rolls to get my energy back after my aerobic journeys

    Dinner-20231126_220830-jpg

Next up was the meatballs served in a bowl as Katie's favourite Vietnamese Beef Pho. I acquired a new taste for fried tofu when I learned it is 16% protein

A really simple recipe for tender, fall-off-the-bone, tasty ribs.

    1. Get a slab of ribs
    2. Rip the membrane off the bone side
    3. Sprinkle the seasoning of your choice on it (I use a home made Old Bay with some extra paprika and garlic)
    4. Wrap in foil and put in the oven for 3 hours at 275F (135C).
    5. Unwrap and slather on the sauce of your choice.
    6. Grill for 5 minutes on high heat.

    Bladdy lubbly jubbly.

Front and centre, front and centre dear chap. I have gone back to birdseye for my peas, the supermarket own brand just don't cut it.

Peas with a fish pie, a disgrace - I thought we'd been through this and all agreed! The fish pie looks nice though.

Looper's meal looks nice, but those hands squeezing out the balls look powerful... (I suspect that's how he likes it! )

^ These ribs look nice too, almost worth posting a picture properly one may have thought...

Went to a rib place the other day, but it was closed down, so ended up going to one of those Korean lamb stick places. Here is a stock photo:

Buffet style place, lamb, spicy lamb, chicken, shrimp, other stuff and a malatang soup (a normal side and a spicy side...) which cost 25,000 won (around 700 baht) per person - eat as much as you like. Tastes pretty good. I'll take pictures next time...
    Cycling should be banned!!!

Bet it does and looks ok too.

Wonder if you'll get comments from the usual "cat vomit brigade" ?

For some reason, I don't thinks so

A humble pie and chips at Cheap CHarlies in Jomtien. Pie and a pint for under 300 baht is decent imo

If the waitress was anywhere near decent looking, I'd say that it was a steal.
