Tonight i ran out of enthusiasm and took the easy way out. A jar of dolmio 1/2 a yellow capsicum 1/2 an onion 1/2 a carrot finely diced and 500g beef AND pork mince. Boiled some fettucine and hey presto . Its spag bol night

Kids gave the thumbs up .

Sprinkled with a bit of grated parmesan.
We are all wearing the dolmio grin. Plus it was a lot cheaper than takeaway kebabs

Plus i done a chitty and got 2 packs of mini cumberland chipolatas for $5.35 each as the best by date was today. Ive already cooked them bad boys and will insert them into a baked pasta recipe tomorrow. Google is indeed my friend


Or just smothered in gravy with mashed spuds is sure to please to?

Cooked them rascals in the oven as thats what the recipe ive googled says to do. Its called creamy curried sausages pasta bake

I'm with The Sybster on this one.

Didn't have one for years, always got pizzas from proper pizzerias. Got one and the base was like eating wax paper. I'm sure it was just wax coated card. The ham was like something in one of Armstrong's 7-11 toastie, and on and on.

Completely incapable of discriminating between Beer Leo & Pizza Company vs things that are enjoyable to consume.

I recently discovered vegetarian options at Pizza Hut, on the back pages of the menus. In fact it was Ootai who put me on to them.

The sweetcorn and garlic is great and if you take it home you can stick some bacon on it.

Would be a good, fun outdoor activity making your pizzas with the kid every, say, Saturday evening as Homemade pizza and 3 liter bag of Mont Claire night.

Have fun making the dough together, and firing up the wood, etc.
