^ Got the fancy new phone out again tonight...

I found s few pla nin fillets in the gardener's freezer tonight... he assured me they were from before the mass fish die-off...



I feel that I'm stuck in a pea rut... but was else goes with fish? Went a bit Scandinavian tonight and added some grated carrot...

^^Great colour on the fish batter, chips look very good too.

^ No batter tonight. I just dusted the fillets in dry plain flour and to be honest I reckon it's nicer than using the usual tempora flour wet batter mix.

The pic is very deceiving, that piece of fish is large (and highly tasty). Was very hungry before tucking in and did well to clean the plate up, will get an overhead shot next time to put it into perspective and there will be a next time.
