In response to the "wtf" repo from Mr. Well Hung, she ( miss fishy) calls it "the bomb". It's a little spicy stuffed pepper stuffed in a milder pepper. And yes it is the bomb. She does the same with little red chilly peppers when we do the home made sausage.
