That fahl is nasty. Vindaloo and come to think of it, that Panang gai was too fiery for me. Dousing the flames with this rum n raisin.

That savage Headworx has gone right down in my estimation
He was up there with PAG, i just see Chitty Nev and Luigi now and an Otto
After my last disaster I've finally cracked the fish n chips...
I catch 'em...
I fillet 'em...
Then I get the hell out of the kitchen and sit with the dogs for a bit.
And viola!
Not as good as cod or haddock, but not bad for an Isaan backwater.
To be honest, after a couple of malts I've lost all interest in the stages between filleting and eating.
Fried tomatoes with fish & chips, that's a first
Those crinkle cut fries look.....tasty.
Baked tomatoes thank you very much! In the convection oven... but they made the chips go a bit soggy.

^ peas are a sore subject on here at the moment mate

Is that Rex waking up ?
Nothing wrong with the tomatoes but bin the frozen chips and teach the Mrs to make real ones.
^ I'll have a look back, but how can you have fish n chips without peas?
I love peas, my favourite veg. Talleys is the way to go in Thailand. Some of the others are rock hard... like eating gravel.

Real chips next time hopefully, though not sure I'm the person to do the teaching. I like to respect boundaries...
So I just stay outside.
Good job you had the whole bottle of Bowmore at hand![]()

^ Yeah, the other half should get me through tomorrow's dinner... but what about Tuesday???
