    Not how they do it at the NYC delis. I prefer open faced in the oven. No greasy fingers. My girlfriend makes these completely differently and yes she grills them. This was bachelor dining as she was at work.

    Negative the cutting board is bamboo and self heals. I cut a frozen pizza on it the night before but it was still clean.

    No it is peppered so while it may look burnt it isn't. Nice and chewy just the way I like it. Exact local brand I buy...

    Really well. They were nice and fresh. There is a local burger place here called Kidd Valley and they are known for their deep fried mushrooms ours were definitely better. The batter was worth the money bought on amazon for $6. We realize that we could have used half of the batter that came in the box It made more than double what was in the picture and we still have half the batter left.
