By looking at what Lulu did was heavily increased the contrast, raised the mid-tones and increased the colour saturation ... but it makes it look a little un-natural.

Are you Welsh? The taffs seem unable to eat a chip without it being smothered in curry sauce. Took the missus to Barry Island to visit Nessa's Slots (from her favourite UK TV show). Nessa's slots was closed, but the chippy was open, and everything was served with a ladel full of gloopy curry sauce. Ask for without, and you were looked as if you just said to them "actually sheep are not good fucks".

There used to be (still is?) a Canadian bar in Lang Kwai Fong in HK called The Keg, and once a week we'd start the Monday Beers with a cold beer and a serving of poutine. Very nice too.
