^Yes, garlicky mayo would very likely be right TC. It's one of about 5 standard options available at Doner stands in Thailand bar areas (I use to drink. A lot).

One more minute for me would be perfection. Chimmichurri sauce it looks like, nice indeed. Needs a loaf of sourdough for the sauce and beef juice... Got me drooling now. Miss good beef.
