Bought some mince this morning with the idea of making spaghetti bol but did a quick Google for mince recipes and found Savory Mince Ragout that looked easy enough. Theirs looked like this on the stove:


And mine looked close enough


Served on toast with an egg, and plenty of leftovers that'll end up on my shirt and/or the floor after getting home later. The pic doesn't look great but it tasted nice!.
