My favourite way to eat them. Fresh Italian roll, lettuce, S&P, light squeeze of lemon juice, homemade seafood sauce.
2nd favourite way is just dipping them in sauce and eating them straight off the plate with an ice cold beer on the side.
What do you do with yours, or are you just doing a Jeff here?.
