Flame grilled Pork Chop, Chicken breast, home made cumin and tumeric beef sausage, Beef steak chunks with mixed salad. Accompanied by a spicy nut sauce and a Thai chilli sauce.


A Thai kebab - Meat, beansprouts and Spicy peanut corriander sauce served in a lettuce vessel.

What cooking apparatus did you use? A flamethrower?
