Fear not fellow TD member the surf is on the BBQ.
Be sure not to scorch the squid too much, KT.......quite delicate, it is - doesn't take much to send it off.

The seafood looks lovely. But that bit of meat looks like a penis.

Is your wife sending you a warning?!

Comfort food again today, sardines on toast. And tonight another of those wonderful microwavable fondues.

Watching Saturday Kitchen Live at the moment. Makes you hungry.

Off to Scotland on Tuesday for some good home cooking that only my 86 year old mum can do!! Or i do, and she shouts out instructions from her couch!!

"boil the water, poach the salmon with five peppercorns and one bay leaf, only one. Why do you have to add garlic to everything? Mash the tatties with milk not butter etc." Love her!!

One thing we do is get a great chinky carryoot. Would feed a family of four for a week!!

So next friday shall be a chinese banquet. Crispy duck, ribs etc. canny wait.

Use the TD gallery, so easy even Crapper can manage it, and he has a single digit IQ (just).

You can delete it then when you've skulled half a litre of paint thinner during lunch with the in-laws.

    Luigio's Grilled Fish Fantastico.

Marinade of EVOO, lime juice, drop of lemon grass sauce, finely chopped cilantro, garlic clove and shallots, s+p.

Stick in a bag for a hour with your fresh fillet of North Atlantic Cod, or defrosted 39 baht Pangasius from Lotat.

Stick under the grill for 10 minutes, top with the rest of the marinade. Eat with foking salad cause yer on ze No Rice, Pasta, Bread or Beer Diet for a few weeks.
