We are very lucky now to have a Sainsburys express open within a 5 min cycle ride from my home here in Frinton .

Ive been doing a bit of reccy work and have sussed the reduced item times.

So tonight I enjoyed the fruits of my labour 2 super juicy pork chops 69p for the 2

    I bought 6 packs of 2 @ 69p each in the freezer + 6 packs of chicken fillets @ 69p

Complete with marrow from my garden + broad beans + carrots from my garden

Cost of a super meal around £1

To top it off the wife made an apple sponge from the apples of the tree in the garden

Cost about £1 including cooking costs ,, will do 2 desserts for both of us 2 nights running , very nice it is to ,, she has put a touch almond flavouring in it surprisingly nice touch

You don't have to spend a fortune ( IF ) you have time to faf about a bit to get really nice tasty traditional food .
I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs

Same with my local Tesco express. Picked up a packet of prawns at half price, an avocado for 53p and a bag of egg noodles for a quid. Not quite as canny as Nigel's shop but it hit the spot. They're also selling 660ml bottles of San Mig for 1.25 - cheaper than Thailand.

Back to the can of corned beef from a couple of pages ago.

I went back, today, to the shop to buy another one with the key thingy, looked all through the shelf.

Not one tin with the key. All smooth. So i rummaged around and found a key! Up back on the right, which i quickly placed in my pocket.

Got it home, mashed up some canned corned beef with a packet of rosti and fried it up with an egg on top. And some red onion for garnish.

The key to the can is now sellotaped inside a cupboard for future uses.

Fit right in here with the growing and fashionable metrosexual crowd - and those who deny...

So now you are pleading guilty to being a plagiarist and gay.
Soi 8 short time hotel was a ruse trying to put us of the scent.

In my defense i was very drunk and compared pictures, note no quote marks or link to another post.
    The evidence is adding up.
    Guilty .
Fascists dress in black and go around telling people what to do, whereas priests... more drink!
