It looks exactly right to me... its the brown sugar and wholemeal bread that give it a dark colour. I love bread pudding... can't remember the last time I had it.

Looks great, though I have to agree with Necron, I don't care for raisins.

There seems to be some confusion here about bread pudding vs bread and butter pudding.

They're two very different things.

Thats the same as you dick Betty spotted.

I cooked it for me me me and not you lot,nice and sweet because of the raisins with a hint of cinnamon.
And 4 socks Gert liked it so i'm a happy camper.
Custard indeed bloody northerners.

Must admit it looks good inside KT ,, but still don't save me a bit mate ,, I,ll have one of your lovely fish though if any going spare.

Now I love bread + butter pudding + custard thats delicious

Huge apologies. Got the wrong end of the stick and thought it was bread and butter pudding. I've never heard of bread pudding, but from the pic in the quoted post, it does look very nice. Green coming your way
