No pics but last night I cooked myself exactly what I had promised when I got home after eating a fish + lettuce and khao pad gai menu for a month ,,,,, a cracking traditional roast pork dinner with gravy ,, plate was hot food was hot and I managed to sit in my living room in comfort eating it watching the rugby and not having to wave my arms back and forth to keep the flies off

Pure heaven !

Didn't think of it. Was going in to top up on Mexican sauces, grabbed the buns as I was passing.

Looks like that Thai company that does Mexican stuff - El Charro is having some distribution issues or have gone under.

Did you think putting broccoli and carrots and leeks would make us clap our hands with glee and regale in the fact that you improvised with veggies instead of chips.

What is hidden under the egg?

Not my problem, but you asked for help because you felt a bit fat. And we have not seen any weight or dietary updates for yonks now.

Ok yesterday Saturday , I took the wife up town to do some shopping

Before we left I had a bowl of wholemeal muesli with skimmed milk .

After a bit of shopping she said coffee and cake time , her treat .

She at 46 kilos had a large capuchino with sugar + cheese + onion slice + a slice of cheese cake.

I had a black coffee no sugar

Got home about 4pm had an orange

Last night had my above beef noodles + another orange

2 more decaff black coffee,s then bed
