He shouldn't keep his glasses in his back pocket...

That reminds me of a joke a Thai guy tried to tell me yesterday.

'When your at a restaurant and the waiter asks for a tip, tell him not to sit down with fire in his pocket'. He thought it was hilarious...

I waited a while before I corrected him to 'Don't sit down with a light bulb in your back pocket'.

Still not sure if he got it...

I was v tired and not thinking straight!

But I did mean you, not AO. I had just been looking over a cooking thread AO made so I had his username in my head.

Feel free to call me what you like!

Big chunks are the way it has to be.

On that point if anyone ever comes across this for sale here please let me know and I'll buy you a beer or 2 Or if anyone fancies bringing a couple of jars over I'll make it worth their while... hint hint

    Overpriced processed shit.

Glad I'm in Udon where I can get proper homemade stuff for 80b a jar. Same with the sweet pickle - Branston isn't good enough.

    It looks like Piccallili.

I have half a dozen jars of sweet pickle in my cupboard. They look like jars.

The sweet pickle is a bit softer than the crunchy Branston, but it's all natural and tastes better.

Both are made by Dean who has a pie shop near BB resort.

I did another bacon wrapped meatloaf last night. This time with french fries rather than mash and gravy, some juliennned green beans as well.

    sliced and ready to serve

I'm sure he could send you some. It's easily done.

A neighbour makes proper curry and really good pickled beetroot. The Midget bakes the best bread in Udon. Chern Chim stocks proper beer and decent sausages & bacon. Casper's restaurant just down the road does excellent Mex & Med stuff. Life's good! Fuck Bangkok.

    Ford Rulez!
