    It's rather worse than that though, isn't it.

    There's the definite article added, so it's like 'The Edge' referring to himself in the third person.

    Looks very nice excet for the raw bloody part you never cooked. You know when you are spooning the fat on top? Well you need to do that to the whole thing, especially the part not getting cooked. Nice bit of pork though

    Thanks chum...that is is in the bone which I remove before serving. The temp reading ( as pictured) is taken close to the bone so I have no concerns as to cooled or not.

    Little evening beer snack.




    Dabbed with whisky, sprinkled with pepper, wrapped in foil and slow baked for 4 hours at 100 Celsius with a pan of water underneath.

    Baste on yer warmed-up marinade of BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, thyme, salt and pepper. Grill to burn.

    Miss fish says to start with Poblano Peppers or whatever you like.

    Remove the seeds.
    Bathe the peppers in a few spoons of vegetable oil.

    Use ground beef, jasmine rice, garlic, cilantro root, tiny red onion,salt, soy sause, oyster sauce,sugar and if you have.Mushroom seasoning. No sodium she says this is better.

    She says not too much salt. Take a small amount of the mixture and cook it up to test the taste. If it's what you like stuff the peppers. If not add what you think your lacking staying away from the salt as she says too much is not good for you.
    Oh, forgot the black pepper.

    Then broil ( or grill if you have one) the peppers about 10 minutes. Rotate keeping an eye on them. Depending on size.Keep turning until browned on all sides.

    She says use the best beef and not pork as you have to bake the pork longer. Stresses again about too much salt.

    Se says you can make the peper sauce with soy sauce, fish sauce, lime, sugar ,chilli pepers, garlic and ginger root.
    In a mortar and pestle you dumb dumb dumb, fck fck fck it up.

    I think this will get you close, good luck.

    What you really want is the sausage recipe.
