People eating korean food in their home country tend to like it. Folks living in Korea tend to realize its OK, but one of the least wonderful cuisines in Asia. Doesn't hold a candle to Thai, Malaysian or Vietnamese. Also, samjipsal in Korea is much fatier than Korean restaurants in the US, UK, etc.

All that talk of bacon forced me to get a bacon and chicken burger set for lunch; very nice it was too...

Soooooo, for dinner I had to be a bit more sensible; some lettuce, celery and tomato with caesar dressing and smoked salmon.

Spent the day with the family, it was nice. Today's fare, Pancit Bihon and roasted (convection ovened) pork belly. I had a green salad with blue cheese dressing.

Flipper food is the worst in Asia. The pork belly is ok if you can find a piece where most of the fat has been rendered out.

Blimey, that's terrible - you can eat, and eat nice stuff, just do a walk or cycle or swim to even out the day and burn more than you take in...

Anyways, over a 4 month period, going slowly so you're still having a decent quality of life, you'll lose 15kgs no problem; honestly, 1kg a week is piss easy just by doing less beer, only eating fruit after 8pm most days of the week and a bit of walking/cycling/swimming (whichever you prefer) 5 days a week.

Yeah... but why do you think he's failed at every attempt thus far.

This month it's one piece of fruit for lunch and magic whey potions for breakfast.

Simply eat normal balanced meals and move yer hippo arse every morning/afternoon, and stick to it.

Little exercise at first, Dilly; maybe a brisk walk through silom soi 4... Build up slowly when your body is ready. The nice thing about a long walk in a hot climate is you can have a double whopper for lunch and just walk 3kms home then it'll be pretty much evens as long as you eat healthily in the evening and don't drink too many beers.

Diets and rigid exercise regimes are fine, but just build up to it for 3 or 4 weeks with small lifestyle changes.

    Yup.

Another crash diet is gonna fail.

Start eating healthier foods, in healthier amounts, and start clocking up the Kms at a regular time every day. Low, n slow, n long.

Tis indeed. Something you either like or it brings on urge to up chuck.

Liver, onions, zuccini, corn and fries. A quick food fix.
