^Short answer; probably not. However, we don't eat out that often but when we do we appreciate those who serve us.

There are clues at the bottom of this particular receipt for those that haven't the mental math skills and or maybe those that are just plain cheep I guess. But yes we generally know that people in this particular service sector live off the their tips so 15% is generally appreciated.

I'm sure some waiters / waitresses get stiffed by the tight fisted cheep Charlie's in the world. I'm fortunate that all though I am both I still tip well.

Even in Asia when folks tell me it's not the thing to do I will tip well anyway. We all have to eat sometime and everyone has dues to pay.

Dill obviously didn't have a broad angle camera lens to get the condiments in the picture.

It came with no condiments. I had to order some mayo. It was eatigo though. Hotel Baraquda HW, so you know where to dodge
