Yes, it is. I forget which night it is but one night each week they have an all you can eat ribs deal. They're ridiculously good and value at about 470 Baht, they're the best ribs in town that I know of. Unless your wife makes ribs too, obviously, in which case Livv's must be way overpriced and total shit

    Thanks mate for your advice.

I love proper ribs, and yes my wife makes great ribs, but I should give her an evening off every now and then.

In turn I will trust your judgement and give Livv's ribs a try one day soon.

    ^Speaking of Rolls...

Went to the Naklua seafood markets this morning and came home with some prawns and crab meat. Stopped off to get some bread rolls too, then made my secret seafood sauce (mayo, ketchup, lemon juice, S&P, Tabasco, Worcestershire).

OK this is the dinner thread, but I bought way too much and another roll will be dinner. And breakfast tomorrow probably.

Made some enchiladas stuffed with pork, beans and beef.

Picked this enchilada sauce recipe off some old Mexican girl on Youtube who didn't have a word of the Queen's, so it's guaranteed to put hairs on your chest.

^^ Decent spread that, Punty. Looks like you've got a blue there too. Dolcelatte, I presume, rather than a Roquefort?

What to do with left-over crab meat?. Google comes up with some gems of ideas (crab lasagna, crab cakes, etc) but I only had the ingredients on-hand to make crab fried rice.

^ I've been meaning to ask who takes the crab meat out for you?

We'll go out for a scran and my missus and her family will spend an hour tearing legs apart and extracting meat from every little crevice. As nice as it is, I just don't have the patience, but you seem to have either found a big fat fucking crab or a right team of helpers!

You can buy bags of crab meat at seafood markets. Not expensive, 400 Baht worth almost fills an ice cream container with meat as you can see in the pics. Wayyyyy too much work to do it yourself with the small crabs they have here!.

I'd green the punter for that last round of pics but unfortunately I'm out. The cheeses look fantastic as does the cityscape. I'll give you an A for those Ds' as well. Look a real mouthful.
