Come on over luv, got a couple a' tenderloins that could do with some devouring.
I've just had some tenderloin. First in a while. Smelt good, tasted OK. Only 100 baht.
Sometimes it goes wrong, tonight was one of them. Tried to do hasselback potatoes for the first time and things went South, the problem being timing and temp for having both pork chops and the potatoes cooking in the same oven. I know the right temp/time to do the chops (45 mins @ 180) and thought the spuds would be done at the same time being sliced up like that. Wrong!. So the spuds were underdone and so were the pork chops at first (note the amateur-hour inspection incision in the chop :rolleyes:) but after a blast on high for another 10 mins it all became edible. Fail :(
