A quick n slop-ish Shepard's Pie here. Served with sliced Baguette with cheddar, tomato and drizzled with olive oil.
Given the slop-ish and lazy manner in which it was made it was surprisingly moreish.
Lunch for tomorrow once I knock up an accompanying salad. :)
