Reduced some fresh tomatoes in olive oil with garlic, onions and 'erbs (basil, bayleaf and oregano) for a couple of hours today.

Topped with some grated parmesan and a little black pepper and it was lovely.
Last time I was there they were calling it Kangaroo tail. strangely enough, gone are the days when Roo meat was considered as roadkill or dog food, now it's farmed and is quite tasty on the bbq, excellent meat, you can still run em over and get a free one to mate.Quote:
