Nigel's fish dinner got me going on the idea so...

White Snapper, lemon juice, white wine, and salt parcels. Easiest way to cook fish there is (with no clean-up afterwards) and put into the parcel any spice/herb etc you like.

Sealed up tight but with some breathing space for steam inside the bag, and into a 170 deg C oven for 20 mins while making a salad.

And onto a plate. Couldn't be easier, but tastes nice.

Another boring old chewy Thai French steak. Never tell a woman you like something, they will cook it everyday

Very similar to beef, but more chewy, hence best slow-cooked, dried & grilled or eaten as Laab dip.

Looks not too bad triple C however points deducted for using frozen yorkshires and also not trimming the ends of the beans off before cooking

For my part I made the best massaman neua they have ever tasted ( Thais words not mine ) this was served with seafood salad , som tum . khanom jean , steamed jasmine + sweet + sour mini veggies ,, it was delicious all gone.

For the afters I made an apple and sultana sponge , spiced up a little with cinnamon topped off with carnation milk . The apples I high hoisted from an overhanging tree just outside Thaxted on Friday from the cab of my lorry , just the right height

My mates missus normally will not eat any sweet desert , not only did she eat it she asked if there was anymore , so to save it going on my waist tomorrow I obliged and filled her platter again
I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs

Got any garden pics? I've never grown root veggies in a garden as they're generally dirt cheap to buy, if you excuse the pun.
