Could have done with ten minutes more in the pan.

Far too raw for my liking.

If I was you I'd get down the pharmacy for some worming tablets.

Beautiful sausage dam! I could go that right now.

A full house at Chez Chitty yesterday for my roast duck and all the trimmings, was bloody hard work. It's nice when there's a concerted effort from everyone with the washing and clearing up.

I confess I do like my spuds, must be my 1/4 Irish ancestry

In fact a discussion at the table was about gaining an Irish passport....

    That's not your dinner, Joe.

    1) There's nowhere near enough meat on the plate for you.
    2) You are left-handed and the fork is in position for a right-hander.

Come one, Joe. Where did you rip the photo from?

    Ruddy hell Nev, well spotted!

    Where is my knife?

I think I used it to carve the duck while setting the table it was all a bit of a blur as I was catering for ravenous teenagers whilst pissed up on gut rot.

And no Hal wasn't invited Dill on account that he's currently sat in a sauna in the Artic circle perusing MMs CV for a Celta position underneath him the dirty fooker!

3)His is the only plate without Yorkshire pud.

It looked unlikely to me, but I'm the trusting type.

OK so yet another thread to not trust Joe on.

In reality he was sozzled and remembers next to nothing about the meal.

File it with all his nonsense about two-tier policing.

My mum's gammy handed and she tells me that as a kid, she was forced to eat 'right-handed', and left-handed kids were trained to become right-handed.

Gammy-handedness wasn't really approved of back in the day.

Looks very nice, Joe! I'm sure the kids enjoyed!

    Ya right!

    ---
I made my own homemade fries, they look more like wedges though.

    Started like this...

Three potatoes like that, cut in uneven pieces.

Added the above seasonings, mixed around in a bowl, before putting them in my air fryer. Put them in for 20 mins, mixing them every five minutes.

After 20 mins, the fries came out crispy and delicious!

Should try it! I normally cook sweet potatoes like this as they are even better tasting. Keep the skin on!
