Oh, I thought you meant methadone.
We've actually got a family member that works in food science and genetic sequencing. It's pretty amazing what they can do.
The last time we went round they were doing peaches that tasted like bananas. And they really did.
Next were ones that tasted like watermelons, and you'd swear that they were.
After that we went to a backroom and he said they created one that tastes just like pussy.
I took one taste and said That tastes like shite!
He said Turn it over.
Masala chicken.
Chicken Masala Recipe - Swasthi's Recipes
I like mine with a sauce as per the curry shots from Manchester when I was at home during the summer.

30 minutes browning those onions and imparting the flavours. The most important stage.

Cost pennies to make which made it even tastier.
10/10
Pennies is a slight exaggeration. That’s the thing about cooking healthy food rather than eating out or ordering in. It’s cost effective.
But is that a serving plate you’re using for yourself?
I'm surprised you've omitted to mention how utterly disgusting it looks.
Except for Aunt Bessie's work.
Looks perfect for Seth Ekfins that cannot source lamb biltong.
Looks great Larry but I hate to disappoint, you are about 40 years too late... I was way ahead of these fancy restaurants.
Back in the 80s I was making peas on toast... didn't bother with any of those fancy ingredients either, nor with crushing up the peas. Just butter the toast and plop the boiled peas on top, simple. Maybe add some ketchup to liven it up a bit.
Joe, have you ever considered having peas with your lamb chops? It's a great combination that we tried on Saturday night.

With only one, shared stodgy potato as well... par-boiled then sliced up and fried in the lamb fat.

I'm very envious of your fresh rosemary however. I have now officially given up on growing rosemary in Korat after my latest failures. I did everything right, as well.

Check this out... the rosemary in my mum's garden in Somerset grows so big that it stops the washing line going round. What I'd give for that in my garden.

You may notice a difference in how the lamb appears Joe, due to the length of time it was cooked. One is obviously succulent and juicy. One, well.....
My chops were juicy!
I like the fat crispy though hence the overcooked look.
I have a bag of frozen peas Mendy and yes I was tempted to have them with the feast but I get so much relief and pleasure from that £1 bag of frozen peas in other ways.

:smileylaughing:
Nice. I tend to use frozen sprouts for that kind of thing.
We also had juicy pork chops last week... baked with apple.

There's your five a day right there... along with just half a moderately sized, stodgy baked potato.

Sorry Joe, but that borders on criminal what you did to those chops. But how did you fuck up the broccoli as well??????
I zoomed in on the photo of Joe's chops didn't look to bad to me. And the fooker even went to the trouble of knocking up some yorkies. Always a crowd pleaser. You guys are just way to fussy.
I just wish I didn't have to fight my way to the beer fridge once she's done hanging it out. The beauty of the drier is once it's dry you simply pop it in a laundry basket. Sorted.
One of the perks of night shift is you can have lamb shanks for breakfast.
At dinner time.
Cooked properly.

^ Good, you came back on topic Dirk.
Whatever were you thinking posting a lamb shank in the laundry thread?
Btw, are you gammy-handed as well?
