Argentinian steak in a Cuban restaurant in Bangsar. It was decent, if slightly small - so I ate two. The sauce was chimichurri.

I made a load of meat sauce up and froze it in bags so later there may also be spaghetti bolognaise and maybe even a lasagne. Who knows, Mexican wraps may also be possible.

Seared on both sides for a minute, then a further 4 minutes with a bit of butter in the pan before using the juices for a nice blue cheese and mushroom sauce. Snubelicious! :)

Just saying.Quote:
Himalayan sea salt often comes in pinkish-colored crystals along with claims it contains special healing properties. But Mayo Clinic's Dr. Regis Fernandes says when compared to regular table salt, Himalayan sea salt is basically the same thing.
