Broccoli prepped for the grill with Italian seasonings and Olive oil drizzle

Pan ready

Lightly coated with Egg and then rolled in Italian seasoned Bread crumbs

Cooked to a golden brown.
Looks like something Chitty would produce.
...but fair.
Maybe score the chicken, add the egg wash, then dust with a bit of flour so the breadcrumbs stick to the chicken a bit more.
Also guessing you did not have enough oil in the pan and added some butter later on.
--EDIT--
Not putting the food down, I probably couldn't have done much better, to be honest
I was trying to crowbar you into that post, but I thought, no, the bait is good enough and he'll reply to this one. :)
AND I'm gonna be having an early lunch at the pub today. I'm thinking cheese and onion pie, but should I have it with mushy peas or baked beans?
I know you lot do prefer your food dry as well as burnt though.
We do em in big batches a few times a year.

Have a few then seal and deep freeze the rest for emergencies etc.
Great for parmigiana.

Served with mash and gravy.
In a wrap with lettuce, tomato and mayo.
With a bowl of hummus.
Sliced and served with น้ำจิ้มแจ่ว is excellent with some icy beers.
Etc etc.
A great wee versatile staple.
That's a winner Edmond.
I approve of this message.
Does a pint of Guinness at 11.25 in the morning score me any man points?

Tonight was an easy salad. I used some left over chicken from last night.
