^^^ My mum's also a gammy hander but she tells me that back in the 1940s they forced you to eat right-handed... to conform. She's 86 now and still eats right-handed.

I love bit of gammon but I'd have chips and peas with it, and also an egg AND a pineapple ring on top!

Tuesday: 2 egg scrambled eggs cooked with duck lard, no milk

Wednesday: Whey protein shake after 30km MTB (on road), 2 boiled eggs
