I do rather like Chang, both the before and after versions.

I preferred the old high strength Chang, always guaranteed a good turn out in the morning.

I always feel cheated and ripped off when consuming a bagel.

Shakshuka revisited with bacon added this time, and a bit heavier on the chili flakes.

^ Seen that a few times, and tempted to give it a try. My only concern is it would be a bit "sour" from the tomatoes...is it?

^No, not sour at all.

Hard to describe tastes with words of course but the dominant flavours are smokiness from the bacon and paprika, garlic, chili, and coriander, with the slightly runny egg yolk cutting though everything.

^Yeah give it a shot and adjust the seasonings while you're cooking it to taste. It's an easy dish to make that's very tasty.

works well as brekkie (well brunch as i cant eat 1st thing). nice looking assortment.
i have to mak do with Pomelo juice but its quite good acually
