I like that meat thermometer kit you got, is it Bluetooth ? Where did you get it. And where can I find one of these charcoal lighting gismos , seems easier than my rubber band starting a fire system.

I picked it up from Lazada for not very much. Maybe 30Rm. I think it uses radio frequency because the range is up to 200 metres. I was on the far side of the pool (100 metres) plus 25+ floors up and it still could read it.

The chimney thing was a game changer, makes it so easy to light the coals. Even if you use the rubber bands it allows the heat to stay in close and guides more O2 in to burn better. I think I got mine at Mr. DIY.
