First time I ever had chips and mayonnaise was Amsterdam mid-90s. I wasn't even a fan of mayonnaise, but now it's the only choice with chips. Absolutely magic.

I love pad krapow vua, but pad krapow moo is a close second. Well third actually, because I think that pad krapow gai is probably my second.

I could eat this stuff for lunch every day, which is lucky because once I mentioned that I like it to the wife, this is all I get.

At least there's no more pig intestine soup.
